The original "Jeepers Creepers" in 2001 managed to scare up some authentic frights, but holy moly, "Jeepers Creepers II" is really lame. This 2003 sequel focuses on a gaggle of teenagers who are trapped in a broken-down bus, making them a smorgasbord for a winged, scarecrow-like monster that has emerged from its long hibernation ready to feed. Ray Wise of "Twin Peaks" is probably the biggest name in the otherwise anonymous cast.
