After receiving a phone call that Lisa (guest star Cindy Sampson) is in trouble, Dean (Jensen Ackles) rushes home to rescue her, but he is not prepared for what meets him at the door. Meanwhile, Sam (Jared Padalecki) investigates murders in which the male victims were part of a cruel joke against a female co-worker who has gone missing.
