The CSI team crosses paths with two women close to former team leader Gil Grissom's heart. Oscar winner Marlee Matlin ("Children of a Lesser God") plays Julia, Grissom's ex and a deaf professor at a school where a scholarship director is killed by a car bomb. Plus, Phyllis Frelich guest stars as Grissom's deaf mother. Is all this Grissom talk foreshadowing the return of series star William Petersen? We've got our fingers crossed.
