The Cape tips off Scales that Fleming has betrayed him in business dealings, leading to a confrontation at a costume party aboard a train, the same train that The Cape and Orwell discover Max and the Carnival plan to rob. Meanwhile, Dana and Trip deal with the scorn directed at them because of Vince's supposed criminal activities.
Guest stars include Eric Michael Cole, James Frain, Dan Glenn, Brian Howe, Vinnie Jones, Cody Kennedy and Gabriel Liotta.
