During World War II, Hitler’s scientists developed terrifying new weapons of mass destruction. Alarmed by rumors of advanced rockets and missiles, Allied intelligence recruited a team of brilliant minds from British universities and Hollywood studios to a country house near London. Here, they secretly pored over millions of air photos shot at great risk over German territory by specially converted, high-flying Spitfires. Peering at the photos through 3D stereoscopes, the team spotted telltale clues that revealed hidden Nazi rocket bases. The photos led to devastating Allied bombing raids that dealt crucial setbacks to the German rocket program and helped ensure the success of the D-Day landings. With 3D graphics that recreate exactly what the photo spies saw, NOVA tells the suspenseful, previously untold story of air photo intelligence that played a vital role in defeating the Nazis.

First off Wayne and I bring you the news and reviews of the television we have been watching in recent weeks and then Gianluca joins us for some comic reviews.

Then during the final 20 minutes or so we feature five brief interviews with cast and crew from Syfy's returning hit show Being Human.

The interviews featured were conducted by Wayne and include: series producers Jeremy Carver and Ann Fricke and the shows three leads Sam Huntington, Sam Witwer and Meaghan Rath.

Supernatural's beloved Bobby Singer died last Friday, thanks to a bullet in the brain from a shape-shifting Leviathan. Veteran actor Jim Beaver, who played the crotchety mentor to demon hunting brothers Sam and Dean Winchester on The CW series, talked to TV Guide Magazine about Bobby's shocking demise, his last days on the set and his upcoming role on Justified...



... TV Guide Magazine: You're so nice about being killed off. Do you like the way Bobby went out? The 10th episode, December's "Death's Door," the one before we knew he had died, was both moving and action-filled.

Jim Beaver: "For a guest actor — which I always was on the show — to get an episode like that is just amazing. But I had two Bobby-centric episodes that were just about the most amazing things I've ever done. I was really happy with what they gave me. When I turned the script's page and I saw that Bobby's last word [to Sam and Dean] was "Idjits," I thought, "Man, this is just perfect." I was really, really impressed with the script and the variety of things we got to do. It was very complex, and a lot of fun to shoot. I was really happy to get to work with Carrie Anne Fleming, who played Bobby's wife, again. The only real downside was that most of my active stuff wasn't with Jared and Jensen. When I was with them I was mostly in a hospital bed, getting my toes twisted by Jared off camera. Which is always what happens when I'm in a hospital bed on that show..."
